The Circle host shared a snap of her holding daughter Trixie on her chest shortly after her birth, alongside another of her holding the little one on her fifth birthday.
“Then and now… Holding her the same way, since the day she was born,” Emma wrote.
“Happy birthday little one, we love you so very much. May the fourth be with you, always.”
Emma also shared a video on her Instagram stories of Trixie opening a number of rainbow-wrapped presents.
The former Big Brother presenter shares three children with husband Matt Willis: Trixie, daughter Isabelle, 11, and nine-year-old son Ace.
The pair were recently praised for breaking gender stereotypes with their son when Emma shared a picture of him wearing a pink top and showing his long hair.
“He’s a very kind of free and open-minded boy who is like, ‘Why do I have to dress in green and blue and grey if I like pink and red and purple? Why isn’t that okay?’
“We are raising him as an open-minded and inclusive individual,” she said.
Emma and Matt have been married for 12 years, and recently revealed they’d both taken on new roles during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sharing a snap of them together wearing St John Ambulance T-shirts, she revealed they had both trained as vaccine volunteers.
“Today @mattjwillis and I spent the day finishing our training with @stjohn_ambulance to become part of their vaccination volunteer programme,” she wrote at the time.
“Thank you so much to the whole team who guided and taught us and for making it informative AND fun! What a brilliant bunch of good eggs. Bring on the first shift!!”
“We did it…,” Matt added on his Instagram account. “Coming to a vaccination centre near you… thanks so much @stjohn_ambulance for all your incredible help and training..
“It has been so challenging and rewarding already and we have only just begun… cannot wait for the first shift!”
